This CD contains a series of interlinked lessons with resources for use with a Data Projector.

Using colour pictures, diagrams, graphs and movie clips to cover topics such as the structure and functions of muscle types, difference in fibre types and performance, contraction types and movement classification. It also explores the structure and functions of the cardio- respiratory system, the effects of exercise on these systems, the cardiac cycle, cardiac conduction system, partial pressure, altitude and much more. The presentations are supported with handouts and extension materials.
