Circuit Training and Fitness Testing CD ROM

This CD contains a set of circuit cards and fitness tests which make a useful resource for anyone teaching health related fitness, leading a circuit training session or doing fitness testing.

Containing 27 (A4 size) exercise cards to assist in the design of a circuit and instruction of the people doing it, each exercise is explained clearly using colour pictures and text with simple key points.

The cards include exercise and safety tips as well as a series of varying target levels for differentiation to be brought into the session.

Additionally the CD contains common fitness test protocols and results tables.

Included are teacher notes and session guidelines.
